RoleScoutPro provides a service to assist job seekers and HR professionals in finding suitable job placements or candidates. Users may upload CVs/resumes and job role descriptions for evaluation. Our evaluation service provides detailed analysis, weighted scores, recommendations, and actionable insights to aid in the decision-making process.

2. Ownership and Limitations
Users purchasing a package or subscription plan may evaluate job role descriptions based on a candidate's CV/resume and job description. The number of evaluations depends on the chosen plan. However, users do not own any content or data. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase.

3. User Data Collection
We collect user data, including name, email, and payment information, to provide our services. Also, we process but do not collect data included in your uploaded files such as CVs/resumes, and job role descriptions required for career related analysis and evaluation purposes, to provide you with our services effectively. 4. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
